Cody Marriott

Cody was born and raised in Reno, Nevada and is proud to call himself a local with deep ties to the community.  Cody has significant experience handling complex civil litigation matters involving construction defect, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, breach of contract actions, product liability, premises liability, catastrophic injury and all other aspects of litigation and business law.  Cody offers unique strategies in protecting the interests of his clients, all while implementing creative strategies and solutions for each legal matter. Cody is engaging with his clients, provides clear and concise communication, and takes pride in diligently handling all matters for his clients.

Cody is licensed to practice law in Nevada, Oklahoma, and the federal court system.  Cody obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Reno and obtained his law degree from OCU School of law. 

When Cody is not working, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Jamie Dalton, and their Siberian Husky, Chaka Khan.  Together they enjoy exploring the outdoors, particularly hiking, chukar hunting, fishing, and gardening.
