Christopher Day
Chris served as a judicial law clerk for the late Chief Judge Patrick Flanagan. Chris was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Nevada-Reno, and attended law school at Willamette University College of Law. Chris is admitted to practice in all Nevada courts.

Chris is a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney, having tried dozens of cases in his time as a prosecutor, and defense attorney. Chris routinely takes on the most difficult and complex cases in the criminal justice system – including homicide, drug trafficking, sexual assault, weapons charges, property crimes, and more.
Chris handles criminal defense cases throughout Northern Nevada. Chris is a former Washoe County Deputy District Attorney and Civil Litigation Associate Attorney. As a former member of a felony prosecution team for the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office, he was responsible for handling serious criminal cases involving charges of attempted murder, robbery, animal cruelty, embezzlement, and more. His previous Civil Litigation experience includes handling General Liability Litigation for businesses ranging in size from local, family-owned stores to multi-national corporations.
