Christopher Day

Christopher Day practices primarily in the areas of Criminal Defense and Litigation. Chris is admitted to practice in all Nevada courts.

Chris is a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney. He is a former Washoe County Deputy District Attorney and Civil Litigation Associate Attorney. As a former member of a felony prosecution team for the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office, he was responsible for handling serious criminal cases involving charges of attempted murder, sexual assault, animal cruelty, drug trafficking, and more. Chris’ previous Civil Litigation experience includes handling General Liability Litigation for businesses ranging in size from local, family-owned stores to multi-national corporations.

Chris served as a judicial law clerk for the late Chief Judge Patrick Flanagan. Chris was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Nevada-Reno, and attended law school at Willamette University College of Law.
