Cody was born and raised in Reno, and has deep ties to the community.  Cody primarily practices construction, real estate, business litigation, and personal injury cases.  Cody regularly appears before the state and federal courts in Nevada.  Cody has significant experience with all phases of litigation, including jury trials, private arbitrations, and mediations.  Cody also assists his clients in the formation, operation, and dissolution of businesses.  Cody listens to his clients, appreciates that all cases are different and strives to advise his clients on not only the legal issues, but the practical implications of a particular course of action and how it may or may not affect his client’s goals. 

In his free time, Cody enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, twin daughters, son, and dog, Chaka Khan.
