Jeff Spencer
Jeff Spencer has focused his practice on helping his clients reach the best bottom-line result. A clear and honest discussion of the risks and rewards allows contractors, homeowners, and businesses make sense of the confusing legal options available to them. Asking the difficult questions and putting the clients’ needs first is a priority. Why pay attorney’s fees to chase recovery of attorney’s fees? That is just bad legal advice!
Jeff focuses on all aspects of construction law including public works, bidding disputes, mechanic’s liens, contract drafting and review, tenant improvements, easements, and all legal issues concerning real property. Jeff regularly practices before the Nevada State Contractors Board for licensing and discipline hearings.
