John D. Moore
John has practiced law in Nevada since graduating, with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 2003. Prior to attending McGeorge, he graduated from Brigham Young University in 2000.
John is a successful trial attorney with many years of experience. He assists his clients in matters of mechanic’s lien foreclosures, breach of contract actions, construction defect claims, complaints raised with the Nevada and California State Contractors Board, and all other aspects of litigation. John also advises clients regarding the labor and employment laws that affect employers and regularly practices before the Nevada and California Labor Commissioner.
In his spare time, John enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, Julie, and their six children, preferably enjoying the great outdoors.
